Nic & Tonneel
I did this shoot some time ago..and only got round to editing the shots now. Tonneel has such an interesting look, I couldn't stop taking shots of her and such a stunning personality too. Nic was keen to play along with all her antics, we had lots of fun and laughs shooting this :-) xx
What a quirky, fun looking couple! Quite unusual, yet authentic to themselves it seems. Love the way you've managed to capture the contrasting contemplative and humorous moments. Again, such a brill photographer Ren, in being able to bring the mood, along with the subject matter, to the foreground. As a still-life painting is just a bunch of arranged flowers in a vase, without the correct colouring, lighting, composition etc, so too is a portrait photograph 'lifeless' without the ambiance! You've done it again ...
