Early morning sparrow swarms
This morning I woke up to the sound of flapping, feathers and five thousand sparrows swarming and swooping around our house. Was incredible, had to grab my camera to capture the unusual sight. Crazy beautiful! Hope they come back tomorrow morning, I'll be armed with my HD movie mode :-)
Oh my GAWD!!! This is not 'Crazy beautiful!', this is crazy scaaaarrryyyy! Ever seen the movie 'The Birds'??? And no, I wouldn't be running outside tomorrow morning for a repeat experience ... I'd be running INSIDE, immediately, for cover ... (as an aftershock thought though ... interesting composition :-)
ReplyDeleteit was a little insane..but it really was so beautiful, there were literally HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS, but in their masses they were still so silent, all you could here was flapping wings. Clearly I HAD to capture it on camera, so glad i did.
