Oh la la.. Outrigger

We had the privilege of spending the weekend at the amazing Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort on the South coast in the beautiful town of Bel Ombre.  Not only is this one of our most favorite resorts on the island of Mauritius, both for the views and scenery - but equally so for the amazing hospitality and generous nature of the team at the resort.  I had the honour of shooting some exquisitely crafted dishes, all of which are the brainchild of the talented Executive chef, Guven Ayanick, he is assisted by the creative Ashok Pandarun,  each dish is meticulously crafted and created and the result is a masterpiece.  Both beautiful in aesthetics but equally so in flavour.  You will find these incredible dishes at the prestigious Plantation Club as well as The Edgewater Grill.  Thanks so much to the generous Cyrille Carmona, Manager of Outrigger Mauritius.
