Spier Wine Estate

I have been working with Spier Wines and their marketing team since last year October, helping them record and document the evolution of their organic wines.  It is a lengthy process that promotes sustainability of the land while harvesting and cultivating new grape crops and wines.  It has been an incredibly interesting journey and I've learnt so much in this last year. (I can't believe the cycle has finally ended) These are just a few of my favourite shots (there have been 100's and 100's!) along the way.
